Our Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) Service allows you to bring your own bundles for wigging, customisation & installation.
IMPORTANT!!!
1. Service Includes:
*Plucking
*Bleaching Knots
*Clip & Elastic band
*Styling
2. Note: BYOB Orders are processed and ready 12-18 days after hair is received.
3. After order is received a confirmation email will be sent.
4. ** PLEASE ENSURE that details such as First & Last Name, Contact Number & Address of Order match those on the package.
5. **WE DO NOT ACCEPT dark, brown, thick-hair lined or large-knotted laces. Note that we return those to clients without processing the order.
6. ** CLOSURES/FRONTALS MUST be new and in 5x5, 13x4 or 13x6.
7. ** BUNDLES MUST NOT arrive attached to cap. If using old bundles please detach from cap, wash & detangle before sending off. **Kindly Note that Order will not be processed if you fail to do this.
5. If buying a closure/frontal from us processing time will be 14-20 days after hair is received.
6. If sending more than 3 bundles which is our standard for a wig, remember to pay for the number of bundles.
7. For Colour jobs please send colour inspiration photo to email everlusciousstrands@gmail.com or DM via Instagram @everluscious.strands with order #, name & contact.
